Marsita MacDonald is the Senior Managing Director of Accounting for The Max Collaborative. She oversees all aspects of accounting, handling everything from bill paying to rent collection.

Prior to joining in 2019, Marsita worked in residential and commercial real estate at NRP Group, DDR, and PIRHL. She spends her free time outside with her husband and three dogs, paddleboarding, climbing, and mountain biking.

Marsita received degrees from Ohio Northern University and The University of Akron.
