Luke Palmisano is a Managing Partner at The Max Collaborative.

Prior to co-founding The Max Collaborative, Luke was President of RMS Investment Corporation, a commercial real estate company owned by the Ratner family office. During this time, Luke developed the popular Van Aken District in Shaker Heights, Ohio. After overcoming obstacles in execution, this mixed-use project now serves as a community hub for the broader eastside Cleveland suburbs. The development includes apartments, retail, office space, a food hall, a park, structured parking, and a public transportation intermodal hub.

Luke lives in Shaker Heights with his wife Christina and their two children, Lucia and Anthony. He graduated from John Carroll University where he studied economics and finance and played outside linebacker for the Blue Streaks.
