7575 Town Center

7575 Town Center is the core residential neighborhood of the Central Park Denver development. In late 2012, after taking time to plan what would be established in this significant site, Forest City moved forward with building a high-density, 5-story multifamily property. 7575 Town Center filled in the final gap in development centered around the verdant town park, Founders’ Green.

At the base of the building, a floor of locally-owned retail and common facilities enhance the community. The 398 apartment units above are distributed across 4 floors and provide housing for much of the Central Park Denver population, which now totals over 30,000. The construction was thoughtfully executed and occupies an important space within the overall development. Thanks to the populace already growing in the master planned community, 7575 Town Center was immediately successful upon completion.

7575 Town Center, and the entirety of the Central Park Denver development, speaks to Forest City’s keen ability to execute both large- and small-scale projects. The high density at 6-8 units per acre emphasizes the walkability of the community, with a school, park and grocery store all within easy distance of each resident. In taking this New Urbanist approach to planning and development, Forest City ensured that 7575 Town Center—and Central Park Denver as a whole—would maintain the highest level of community-focused, long-lasting value.
